1. Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information you give us — name, institution, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and payment details. We also collect a research-use attestation confirming you are a qualified researcher. When you browse, we automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, referring page, and pages viewed, to operate the site and prevent fraud.
2. How we use it
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, issue Certificates of Analysis, provide customer and lab support, send order-related email (shipping confirmations, CoAs, batch notices), detect fraud and enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and site.
3. Marketing email
If you opt in to our newsletter, we'll send batch-release notes, research-use updates, and occasional product announcements. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of the message. Transactional email (order confirmations, CoAs) is sent regardless of marketing preferences.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics, email, and customer support tools — and only to the extent they need it to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PEPTIQE, our customers, or others.

PEPTIQE operates in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed here under U.S. law.
