What does "for research use only" actually mean?
It means our products are sold as chemical reference standards for in vitro laboratory research. They are not intended, tested, or approved for administration to humans or animals. They are not drugs or supplements.
How is purity verified?
Purity and identity figures come from third-party testing by an independent laboratory: HPLC-UV for purity and LC-MS for identity. Each product's Certificate of Analysis is posted on its product page.
How should products be stored?
Lyophilized peptides ship at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, store vials at -20°C, away from light, heat, and moisture.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24 hours from our temperature-controlled facility. Standard delivery is 2-5 business days within the United States. Shipping is free on every order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship within the United States only.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis before purchase?
Yes. Every product's Certificate of Analysis is posted on its product page.
What's your return policy?
Because peptides are temperature-sensitive research reference standards, we do not accept returns of opened product. Unopened, properly stored vials may be returned within 3 days of receipt for any reason. Damaged or defective shipments are replaced free of charge.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

Are these products regulated as controlled substances?
